Idk know what I want to do in the film industry, and I dont know what to do now?

Im 16 years old about to start my junior year in high school, I haven't done theatre because I don't like are theatre. So other than being an anchor on my school news and doing lil films in there i dont have any serious acting experience. I don't know what I want to do in the film industry but I want to be an actor or a director. To be honest my dream is to be an actor on snl just one of the regular crew guys. But I dont know what I should be doing right now? I mean are there scholarships that I can do alone for acting or directing? I mean I have good ideas to write but I'm a terrible writer. When I get out of high school I want to either go to college then move to NY or Cali or I just want to move there. Maybe intern for NBC and work? Idk is there anyone out there who was once in this situation or something?
