Been taking antibiotics for 5 days and still have a wheezing cough? bronchitis?

Its normal to continue spitting up sputum while your body is fighting off the infection. The antibiotic must be finished or the "bug" will come back stronger. You should have noticed a change in color to the sputum, from more green-ish to yellow to dark yellow. See a doctor again after finishing the antibiotic if it doesn't get any better.
