Ford puma cd player has stopped working.?

The CD player in the Puma has stopped working. Its a 6 cd changer and its gotten stuck between 2 cd's, the radio still works fine tho. Im trying to get the garage i brought it from to do it under warranty (Up to �250). Does anyone know if this is an easy thing to fix or is it more likely that i will have to buy a new one as i want a ford one and not the type you can buy at Halfords.
