Can someone help me find a recipe for chili (crock pot) with stew beef and peanut er?

I saw this in a magazine in late summer/early fall 2006, possibly Women's Day, Family Circle, Good Housekeeping. I lost the magazine when I moved and have been unable to find the recipe. I had made it once or twice and it was delicious!
