I need help/advice from anyone who has experienced problems with maintenance in their apartment (TX preferred)?

REMEMBER YOUR RENTERS RIGHTS apartment complexes are required under state and federal laws to be cleaned and in like new condition before move in. ALL complexes and dwelling are required to have cleaned carpets and fresh paint on the walls at the very least. Remember as well that this is also why you pay a DEPOSIT this deposit is to pay for issues such as this at ANY POINT IN TIME though most people use it when they move out to pay for damages and cleaning. Also if their is mold or mildew anywhere at any time from stains or water damage the apartment is not supposed to allowed to have occupants until this issue is resolved. This is PART of the reason why carpet cleanings are required.
