'Kickboxing cardio' work out?

that was really a cool video ... seein the video looks easy but doin it brings a lot of sweat man ... i just saw d video and did it two times , it brought out sweat like as if i was running for 30 mins ... im sure it really burns calories ... do this 3 or 4 times a day ... u'll start loosin weight gradually ...
