Christians please advise where the logic or premises of this Jewish question are off?

Paul didn't write the Gospels. The Gospels are what the majority of Christianity that is not Catholic is based upon. Much of Catholicism is based upon the letters of Paul, who was a woman-hating bigot. Also, he was just a man, and not God.
