Easy distilling of wine to hard stuff.?
did you know that water evaporates at 190 and alcohol starts at 170.you can take a big kettle and put it on a stove,put a smaller one in the middle and use a magnet to hold it in the middle,poor in wine till it reaches the top of the smaller kettle,use a chinese wok for a lid cause its half round,put ice in the top of the wok so when the alcohol evaporates at 170 before the rest of the liquid in the wine it will rise to the top and when it hits the cold wok it turns back to liquid form and runs down the round wok and drips into the liddle keddle and its pure fermented alcohol sepperated.this is only a science project for purpose of studying evaporation and the types of things evaporating firt at differant temps.remember distiling alcohol is prohibited and this is a science project only.
