Has Rudy, national GOP front runner, paid for his late entry in to primaries& consequent loss of acquaintance?

That would be interesting to see bloomberg in the race. Rudy ran a half hearted campaign. No pion, and he didnt seem to put much effort into it. It was like he expected to win so didnt try. Its good hes out of it, he was just riding the coat tails of 9/11
