Help with cloth diapers?

Good for you for making your diapers! I made mine too but used the PUL. Maybe try two layers of fleece as the cover, or the thinner micro fleece, and then layer your absorbent materials like you have been. Maybe make a pocket to stuff the absorbents in between the layers. Nighttime was always bad for us. My son always got a rash, so we just continued to use disposables at night. I admire your perseverance!
