How do I reactivate the Yahoo! Toolbar from my Toolbars list?

My Yahoo! Toolbar disappeared. But, it is still listed, though without a checkmark, under Tools/Toolbars. Since it is greyed out and not checked, I cannot simply select it to have it reappear as a toolbar. How do I reactivate it?
