How to generate monodisperse nanoparticles by injection method?
Right now I'm injecting PLGA, dissolved in organic phase (acetonitrile) into an aqueous phase (10% ethanol). However, my nanoparticles range from 100-400nm. I'm using a 29 1/2 gauge needle. How do I get the particles more uniform in diameter?
