Is the bond between F and Cl nonpolar or polar covalent?

Bond will be polar because F is more electronegative than Cl plus due to small size, high charge density and less shielding effect of electrons of F in comparison of Cl, it partially shift the cloud of electrons of Cl towards itself (F) and bond become polar.
