License suspended for smoking under age what do i do!?

in marion county fl my Fl learners permit was suspended because i smoked ciggerets at school under the age of 18 now im not entirely sure what to do to get my legit drivers licence it has been a few years since the insodent and i think my permit was only suspended for 30 days but i think i needed to take a smokers cl of some kind but im not sure where to go or who to ask even any help perhaps from a cop that lives in the area? :D
