Pierre de Fermat Math Contributions?

There was a BBC2 Horizon programme on the mathematician that finally solved Fermat's Last Theorem some years ago, mabe you could trawl the BBC archives to get a copy. (I was really pleased for the bloke but I was left thinking "Why?").
