What does it mean when....?

I have a friend of mine and he's in all of my cles and we talk and goof around and stuff and he'll crack his neck so that he can turn his head to look at me. Go sharpen his pencil and look at me on his way back to his set. And look at me outta the corner of his eye. It's not a long stare, it's just a look/glance. He'll walk really slow (like baby step slow) In front of me while walking to our sets to make me angry cuz I hate when people do it. But were friends so I laugh. What do you think?
